ACTIONS AGAINST PERMA Sample Clauses

ACTIONS AGAINST PERMA. There will be no right of action against PERMA under this coverage unless: 1. The Member has complied with all the terms of this agreement; and 2. The amount the Member owes has been determined with ▇▇▇▇▇'s consent or by actual trial and final judgment. This coverage does not give anyone the right to add PERMA as a defendant in an action against the Member to determine the Member's liability.
