Common use of Acre Clause in Contracts

Acre. pursuant to its services to Owner under this Services Agreement, has entered into or will enter into a “Home Residency Agreement” with Resident, with Acre being the “Property Manager” of the Residence thereunder. The Home Residency Agreement sets forth Acre’s scope of servicing and management responsibility in regards to Resident, with all such servicing and management activities incorporated herein as part of the Management Services (as defined below) provided under this Services Agreement.
