Acquiring Medications Clause Samples
The "Acquiring Medications" clause outlines the responsibilities and procedures for obtaining necessary pharmaceutical products under an agreement. Typically, it specifies which party is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and ensuring the timely delivery of medications, and may address requirements such as compliance with legal regulations, quality standards, or approved suppliers. This clause ensures that there is a clear process for medication procurement, reducing the risk of supply disruptions and clarifying accountability between the parties involved.
