ACKNOWLEDGMENTS BY THE EXECUTIVE. The Executive acknowledges that: (a) the services to be performed by him under this Agreement are of a special, unique, unusual, extraordinary, and intellectual character; (b) the Employer's business is international in scope and its products are marketed throughout the United States and internationally; (c) the Employer competes with other businesses that are or could be located in any part of the United States or internationally; (d) the Buyer has required that the Executive make the covenants set forth in this Section 8 as a condition to the Buyer's purchase of the Executive's stock in the Employer; and (e) the provisions of this Section 8 are reasonable and necessary to protect the Employer's business.
