Acknowledgement Regarding Existing Credit Agreement. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that (a) the Obligations shall constitute “Permitted Debt” under and as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement and (b) the Liens securing the Obligations shall constitute “Permitted Liens” under and as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement.
