ACH Fees Sample Clauses

The ACH Fees clause defines the charges associated with processing payments through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network. It typically outlines which party is responsible for paying these fees, the amount or method of calculation, and when the fees are due. For example, the clause may specify that the customer will be charged a flat fee per ACH transaction or that the provider will absorb all ACH-related costs. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and prevent disputes by clearly allocating responsibility for ACH processing costs between the parties.
