Common use of Accurate Information Clause in Contracts

Accurate Information. During the term of the Agreement, each party will make reasonable efforts to provide the other party with information that is reasonably requested by the other party and is necessary for the other party to discharge its responsibilities or to operate the HIE or to utilize CRISP Services under the Agreement or Applicable Law. Each party reserves the right to confirm or otherwise verify, in its sole discretion, the completeness and accuracy of any information provided by the other party at any time, and the other party will reasonably cooperate with such efforts.
