ACCURACY OF WORK WARRANTED. The Service Provider hereby warrants the accuracy of the services provided hereunder the terms of this contract and shall promptly correct any errors or admissions at no additional cost to the District. Acceptance of the services by the District will not relieve the Service Provider of the responsibility for subsequent correction, at no additional cost to the District, of any errors and omissions for a period of twelve (12) months after substantial completion of the work. At any time during the course of this contract, the Service Provider, under this agreement shall confer with the District to correct any errors or omissions made by the Service Provider. The Service Provider shall prepare any reasonable data required by the District to correct such errors or omissions. The Service Provider shall give immediate attention to these changes so that there will be minimum downtime or delay of services to the District.

ACCURACY OF WORK WARRANTED. The SERVICE PROVIDER hereby warrants the accuracy of the Work completed under the terms of this contract and shall promptly correct any errors and omissions at no additional cost to Chatham County. Acceptance of the Work by Chatham County will not relieve the SERVICE PROVIDER of the responsibility for subsequent correction, at no additional cost to Chatham County, of any errors and omissions for a period of one (1) year after substantial completion of the Work. At any time during the course of the work as specified in the documents contained or work performed by others based on data secured by the SERVICE PROVIDER under this Contract, the SERVICE PROVIDER shall confer with the COUNTY to correct any errors or omissions made by the SERVICE PROVIDER. The SERVICE PROVIDER shall prepare any reasonable data required by the COUNTY to correct such errors or omissions. The above consultations, clarifications or corrections shall be made without added compensation. The SERVICE PROVIDER shall give immediate attention to these changes so that there will be a minimum delay to COUNTY.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Contract Deliverables The Contractor shall provide information technology staff augmentation services, including comprehensive management of staff, as set forth in this Contract. The term “staff” refers to the temporary staff provided by the Contractor to render information technology services identified by Customers, but that staff shall not be deemed an employee of the State or deemed to be entitled to any benefits associated with such employment. Contracts resulting from this solicitation should not be structured as fixed-price agreements or used for any services requiring authorization for payment of milestone tasks. Contractor shall only provide information technology staff augmentation services for those Job Titles awarded to the Contractor and shall be paid on an hourly basis. The Department’s intent is for Contractor’s information technology staff to provide services closely related to those described in the Job Family Descriptions document. Detailed scopes of work, specific requirements of the work to be performed, and any requirements of staff shall be provided by the Customer in a Request for Quote. The Contractor shall possess the professional and technical staff necessary to allocate, outsource, and manage qualified information technology staff to perform the services requested by the Customer. The Contractor shall provide Customers with staff who must have sufficient skill and experience to perform the services assigned to them. All of the information technology staff augmentation services to be furnished by the Contractor under the Contract shall meet the professional standards and quality that prevails among information technology professionals in the same discipline and of similar knowledge and skill engaged in related work throughout Florida under the same or similar circumstances. The Contractor shall provide, at its own expense, training necessary for keeping Contractor’s staff abreast of industry advances and for maintaining proficiency in equipment and systems that are available on the commercial market. The Contractor shall be responsible for the administration and maintenance of all employment and payroll records, payroll processing, remittance of payroll and taxes, and all administrative tasks required by state and federal law associated with payment of staff. The Contractor shall, at its own expense, be responsible for adhering to the Contract background screening requirements, testing, evaluations, advertising, recruitment, and disciplinary actions of Contractor’s information technology staff. The Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract all licenses, permits, qualifications, insurance and approvals of whatever nature that are legally required to perform the information technology staff augmentation services.

  • Contractor Warranty The Contractor agrees to the following representation and warranty: Should any defect or deficiency in any deliverable, or the remedy of such defect or deficiency, cause incorrect data to be introduced into any Customer’s database or cause data to be lost, the Contractor shall be required to correct and reconstruct, within the timeframe established by the Customer, all production, test, acceptance, and training files or databases affected, at no additional cost to the Customer.

  • Project Deliverables The Contractor shall provide each of the following deliverables in writing to the City for review and approval to achieve the project objectives.

  • Product Warranty Seller provides general warranties of fitness and general warranties that the goods are free from defects, for 1 year from acceptance of the goods, except as may otherwise be set forth in the Description/Proposal, or other attached warranty.

  • Hardware Warranty A. RISK OF LOSS If you purchase any of the hardware Products directly from us, risk of loss or damage to hardware, will pass to you and acceptance will occur upon delivery to your “ship to” address or, if special shipping arrangements are agreed to, upon delivery to your carrier or designee. Title to hardware Products will pass from HPE to you upon full payment for or delivery of the Products, whichever is later. You agree to properly insure the Products for the benefit of HPE between the time risk of loss and damage pass and the time title passes.

  • Equipment Specifications All equipment must meet the contract specifications and all federal and State safety codes and regulations in effect at the date of manufacture. All equipment must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment unless otherwise stated in the contract. Items Offered as New. All products, materials, supplies, replacement parts, and equipment offered and furnished must be new, of current manufacturer production, and must have been formally announced by the manufacturer as being commercially available, unless otherwise stated in this Contract.

  • CORRECTION OF WORK 13.2.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for correcting all Work which the Architect has found to be defective or which fails to conform to the Contract Documents whether observed be- fore or after Substantial Completion and whether or not fabricated, installed or completed. The Contractor shall bear all costs of correcting such rejected Work, including compensation for the Architect's and the State’s additional services made necessary thereby. The Architect, upon a finding of defect or failure to conform, shall immediately notify the State and Contractor, in writing, of the defect. The Contractor shall begin correcting the defective or non-conforming Work within ten (10) days unless the State agrees to a Change Order which reflects the reduction in Contract Sum due to the value of diminishment of the defective or nonconforming Work.

  • Quality of Work Consultant agrees that all Services performed under this Agreement will conform to the specifications of the College, be free from errors, and be of professional quality according to applicable industry standards. Upon notice by the College, Consultant will promptly correct any defects without charge to the College unless the request is considered new work by both parties.

  • Technical Specifications 1. A procuring entity shall not prepare, adopt or apply any technical specification or prescribe any conformity assessment procedure with the purpose or effect of creating an unnecessary obstacle to trade between the Parties.
