Common use of Accumulative Clause in Contracts

Accumulative. All full-time employees shall be entitled to twelve (12) days sick leave per year. Unused days of sick leave shall be accumulated from year to year with no maximum limit, whether or not they report for duty on that first day. Days shall be prorated for new hires that start on or after November 1.
