Accrued Rights. 36.1.1 The termination of this Agreement howsoever arising is without prejudice to the rights, duties and liabilities of either Party accrued prior to termination. The clauses of this Agreement which expressly or impliedly have effect after termination or expiry will continue to be enforceable notwithstanding termination in accordance with Clause 52 (Continuing Obligations).
