Accrued and Unpaid Salary. If Employee’s employment is terminated by reason of (a) Employee’s death or Disability; (b) Employee’s resignation without Good Reason (including by an Employee Notice of Nonrenewal) or (c) a termination by the Company for Cause, Employee shall be entitled to receive only any accrued and unpaid Base Salary through the Termination Date. Employee’s participation in the Company’s or its subsidiaries’ employee benefit plans or programs shall cease in accordance with the terms of such plans or programs as then in effect.

  • ACCRUED AND UNPAID AMOUNTS After giving effect to the withdrawals and transfers to be made in accordance with this notice, the following amounts will be accrued and unpaid with respect to all Monthly Periods preceding the current calendar month.

  • Accrued Salary On the Separation Date, the Company will pay you all accrued salary earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. You will receive these payments regardless of whether or not you sign this Agreement.

  • Accrued Amounts The Company shall pay to the Executive all other amounts accrued or earned by the Executive through the Termination Date and amounts otherwise owing under the then existing plans and policies of the Company, including but not limited to all amounts of compensation previously deferred by the Executive (together with any accrued interest thereon) and not yet paid by the Company, and any accrued vacation pay not yet paid by the Company.

  • Accrued 100% sick leave The use of sick leave under this subsection is at the employee's discretion.

  • Base Salary During the Employment Term, the Company shall pay Executive a base salary at the annual rate of $250,000, payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company's usual payment practices.   • Accrued Wages and Vacation; Expenses Without regard to the reason for, or the timing of, Employee’s termination of employment: (i) the Company shall pay the Employee any unpaid base salary due for periods prior to the Termination Date; (ii) the Company shall pay the Employee all of the Employee’s accrued and unused vacation through the Termination Date; and (iii) following submission of proper expense reports by the Employee, the Company shall reimburse the Employee for all expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred by the Employee in connection with the business of the Company prior to the Termination Date. These payments shall be made promptly upon termination and within the period of time mandated by law.

  • Accrued (and theretofore unpaid) interest shall be payable (i) in respect of each Base Rate Loan, quarterly in arrears on each Quarterly Payment Date, (ii) in respect of each Eurodollar Loan, on the last day of each Interest Period applicable thereto and, in the case of an Interest Period in excess of three months, on each date occurring at three month intervals after the first day of such Interest Period and (iii) in respect of each Loan, on any repayment or prepayment (on the amount repaid or prepaid), at maturity (whether by acceleration or otherwise) and, after such maturity, on demand.
