Accrual Information. In addition to the other requirements of this Section 6, Tenant shall, no later than the second (2nd) business day of each month until the Tenant Improvements are complete, provide Landlord with an estimate of (a) the percentage of design and other soft cost work that has been completed, (b) design and other soft costs spent through the end of the previous month, both from commencement of the Tenant Improvements and solely for the previous month, (c) the percentage of construction and other hard cost work that has been completed, (d) construction and other hard costs spent through the end of the previous month, both from commencement of the Tenant Improvements and solely for the previous month, and (e) the date of Substantial Completion of the Tenant Improvements.
Accrual Information. In addition to the other requirements of this Section 6, Tenant shall, no more often than once every calendar quarter during construction of the Additional Premises Improvements, provide Landlord with a written summary of all work performed by Tenant or its agents, employees or contractors for which a Fund Request has not yet been issued to Landlord, including the following: the amount that Tenant will seek from Landlord related to such work and the dates on which such work was performed. Such information shall be provided to Landlord within ten (10) business days after Landlord’s request therefor.
Accrual Information. The District will make leave balances available to workers through the Employee Self-Service through Banner. Sick and vacation leave balances will be provided on the worker’s pay stub.

In addition to the other requirements of this Section 6, Tenant shall, no later than the tenth (10th) business day of each month until the Expansion Premises Tenant Improvements are complete, provide Landlord with an estimate of (a) the percentage of design and other soft cost work that has been completed, (b) design and other soft costs spent through the end of the previous month, both from commencement of the Expansion Premises Tenant Improvements and solely for the previous month, (c) the percentage of construction and other hard cost work that has been completed, (d) construction and other hard costs spent through the end of the previous month, both from commencement of the Expansion Premises Tenant Improvements and solely for the previous month, and (e) the date of completion of the Expansion Premises Tenant Improvements, subject to punch list items.

In addition to the other requirements of this Section 6, Tenant shall, no later than the last Business Day of each month until the Tenant Improvements are complete, provide Landlord with an estimate of (a) the percentage of design and other soft cost work that has been completed, (b) design and other soft costs spent through the end of that month, (c) the percentage of construction and other hard cost work that has been completed, (d) construction and other hard costs spent through the end of that month, and (e) the date of Substantial Completion of the Tenant Improvements. In addition to the foregoing, Tenant shall from time to time provide to Landlord and cause its architect, engineer and general contractor to provide to Landlord, such information as Landlord may require as to the Total Construction Costs incurred to date (but not yet included in a Fund Request) in the design and construction of the Tenant Improvements.

In addition to the other requirements of this Article 6, Tenant shall, no later than the second (2nd) business day of each month until the Third Amendment Tenant Improvements are complete, provide Landlord with an estimate of (a) the percentage of design and other soft cost work that has been completed, (b) design and other soft costs spent through the end of the previous month, both from commencement of the Third Amendment Tenant Improvements and solely for the previous month, (c) the percentage of construction and other hard cost work that has been completed, (d) construction and other hard costs spent through the end of the previous month, both from commencement of the Third Amendment Tenant Improvements and solely for the previous month, and (e) the date of substantial completion of the Third Amendment Tenant Improvements.

In addition to the other requirements of this Section 6, Tenant shall, no more often than once every calendar quarter during construction of the New Bridge Improvements, provide Landlord with a written summary of all work performed by Tenant or its agents, employees or contractors for which a Fund Request has not yet been issued to Landlord, including the following: the amount that Tenant will seek from Landlord related to such work and the dates on which such work was performed. Such information shall be provided to Landlord within ten (10) business days after Landlord’s request therefor. Such information will be provided to Landlord for informational purposes only and will in no event limit the amounts for which Tenant can request reimbursement pursuant to the terms of the First Amendment and this Work Letter.

In addition to the other requirements of this Section 6, Tenant shall, no later than the five (5) business days after Landlord’s written requests from time to time prior to the completion of the Tenant Improvements, provide Landlord with a written summary of all work performed by Tenant or its agents, employees or contractors for which a Fund Request has not yet been issued to Landlord, including the following: the amount that Tenant will seek from Landlord related to such work and the dates on which such work was performed. Such information shall be provided to Landlord within ten (10) business days after Landlord’s request therefor.
Accrual Information. The Employer shall provide Employees, either through their paystubs or contact with a management representative, with access to information to verify Employees’ individual leave accruals.
