Accredited Institution Clause Samples

Accredited Institution. An accredited institution is an institution accredited by a Regional Accrediting Association accredited by the Council on Post-Secondary Accreditation (COPA).

Accredited Institution. All units and degrees presented for placement or advancement on the salary schedule must be from accredited collegiate institutions and shall be verified by transcripts. All degrees must be granted from an institution accredited by one of the six (6) regional accrediting associations or from accredited foreign institutions per provisions below.

Accredited Institution. The course must be offered through an accredited university, college or other recognized educational institution. If the institution is not formally accredited, its legitimacy and credibility by recognized standards must be reasonably demonstrated and validated by the Educational Resources Department. Seminars, courses, and professional meetings must be offered through a recognized sponsor and must offer the participant continuing education units. (CEUs).

Accredited Institution. One accepted by the Council for Post-Secondary Accreditation and listed in the Council Annual Directory or an institution acceptable under the guidelines established by the National Council on Evaluation of Foreign Education.

Accredited Institution. For the purposes of this Agreement, accredited institution shall mean an institution accredited by a federally-recognized accreditor or an institution approved by the State of Oregon Office of Degree Authorization.

Accredited Institution. For the purposes of this Agreement, accredited institution shall 27 mean an institution accredited by a federally-recognized accreditor or an institution 28 approved by the State of Oregon Office of Degree Authorization. For Oregon Coast 29 Culinary Institute, accredited institutions shall include industry-recognized certification- 30 granting institutions or organizations for Culinary Arts certification. 31
