Accreditations. Schedule 4.30 sets forth a list and brief description of each accreditation from any Governmental Authority, association or society or other organization (an "Accreditation Authority") held by the Operational Sellers and the Company (an "Accreditation"). No cancellation, termination, expiration, suspension or other adverse action with respect to any Accreditation is pending or, to the knowledge of the Seller Parties, threatened.
