Accreditations. Except as could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, each Company holds all Accreditations necessary or required by applicable Legal Requirements or Governmental Authority for the operation of the business of such Company (including accreditation by the appropriate Governmental Authorities and industry accreditation agencies and accreditation and certifications necessary to receive payment and compensation and to participate under Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE/CHAMPUS, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and other payor programs relevant to any Company) (individually, a “Company Accreditation,” and collectively, the “Company Accreditations”). There are no pending or, to the knowledge of any Loan Party, threatened suits or proceedings that could reasonably be expected to result in the suspension, revocation, restriction, amendment or nonrenewal of any Company Accreditations, and no event which (whether with notice or lapse of time or both) could reasonably be expected to result in a suspension, revocation, restriction, amendment or nonrenewal of any Company Accreditation has occurred. Except as could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, each Company is in compliance with the terms of the Company Accreditations.
Accreditations. Implementation and interpretation of this agreement will be consistent with applicable and mandatory policies and procedures established by the appropriate accreditation bodies, the United States Department of Education, and other agencies that have jurisdiction over the operation of either institution. Both institutions shall maintain their respective individual accreditation and this agreement shall be binding only so long as that accreditation is maintained by both parties. Both agree to notify the other in the event of changes to their accreditations.
Accreditations a. Where Stack processes Personal Data that falls within the scope of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), Stack shall ensure that all processing meets the PCI DSS requirements to the latest version of the standard. This is applicable only to Services purchased through Stack’s self-service avenues.
Accreditations. Schedule 4.30 sets forth a list and brief description of each accreditation from any Governmental Authority, association or society or other organization (an "Accreditation Authority") held by the Operational Sellers and the Company (an "Accreditation"). No cancellation, termination, expiration, suspension or other adverse action with respect to any Accreditation is pending or, to the knowledge of the Seller Parties, threatened.

To the knowledge of the Company, each Company Entity is in compliance with the terms of the Company Accreditations.
Accreditations. Except as set forth in the Company Disclosure Schedule, none of the Company or its Subsidiaries has been denied or failed to obtain any accreditation by any health maintenance organization or insurance accreditation agency from whom the Company sought accreditation.
Accreditations. 1.8.1 ISO/IEC (manufacture and testing) or equivalent Suppliers must submit all relevant accreditations (internally and internationally) regarding the testing and certification process of the ESS.

Each Company is in compliance with the terms of the Company Accreditations.
Accreditations. Legally established company or organization in their country of origin for at least 5 years before the launch date of this RFP.
