Accounts of the Company. The books and records of account of the Company shall be maintained in accordance with GAAP consistently applied and shall be reconciled to comply with the methods followed by the Company for United States Federal income tax purposes, consistently applied. The books and records shall be maintained at the Company’s principal office or at a location designated by the Managing Member.
