Licensee shall provide Licensor with a statement of royalties due Licensor under this Agreement quarterly (as that term is defined in Paragraph 3.3) on or before the Due Date, setting forth the amount due to Licensor for the period and, in reasonable detail, the factual basis for calculating the amount.
