Common use of Accounting Reports Clause in Contracts

Accounting Reports. All financial reports or projections furnished by any Person to Lender pursuant to this Agreement shall be prepared in such form and such detail as shall be satisfactory to Lender, shall be prepared on the same basis as those prepared by such Person in prior years, and, where applicable, shall be the same financial reports and projections as those furnished to such Person's officers and directors.

Accounting Reports. All financial reports or projections furnished by any Person to Lender pursuant to this Agreement shall be prepared in such form and such detail as shall be reasonably satisfactory to Lender, shall be prepared on the same basis as those prepared by such Person in prior years, and, where applicable, shall be the same financial reports and projections as those furnished to such Person's officers and directors.
