ACCOUNTING AND OTHER RECORDS. (a) The books of account and all other records of the Company (including any which it may be obliged to produce under any contract now in force) are up-to-date, in its possession and are true and complete in accordance with the law and applicable standards, principles and practices generally accepted in the United Kingdom.

ACCOUNTING AND OTHER RECORDS. The statutory books, books of account and other records of whatsoever kind of each Group Company are up-to-date and maintained in accordance with all applicable legal requirements on a proper and consistent basis and contain complete and accurate records of all matters required to be dealt with in such books and all such books and records and all other documents (including documents of title and copies of all subsisting agreements to which any Group Company is a party) which are the property of each Group Company or ought to be in its possession are in its possession (or under its control) and no notice or allegation that any is incorrect or should be rectified has been received. All accounts, documents and returns required by law to be delivered or made to the Registrar of Companies or any other authority have been duly and correctly delivered or made.
