Accountable Body. 3.1 The Accountable Body shall claim Government Funding for the Swansea Bay City Deal by any date specified by the Welsh Government or the UK Government.
Accountable Body. 3.1. CWAC agrees to act as the accountable body for the Partnership for the purposes of any grant funding from ACE, financial contributions payable by the Partners and other income received or generated as a result of grant funded activities.
Accountable Body. 6.1 The Members hereby agree that until otherwise agreed in accordance with this Agreement the London Borough of Croydon shall fulfil the role of Accountable Body on behalf of the SLP.
Accountable Body. An Accountable Body is responsible for putting in place systems and procedures to ensure the Partnership complies fully with the conditions of any grant funding it is awarded. Where the Partnership is not a separate legal entity, or does not meet the criteria for being the Accountable Body, one of the Partners shall take on this role.
Accountable Body initially shall be Salford City Council and shall be responsible for the exercise of proper financial control over monies received via and paid out in accordance with proper instruction of the Main Partnership. Without prejudice to the generality of this provision the Accountable Body will disburse DAT monies only pursuant to contracts formed between the Accountable body and the recipient. Those contracts will be so drawn as to incorporate best value principles, proper certification of expenditure and other controls provided for in the DAT literature. The Accountable Body or the Main Partnership may terminate this arrangement on at least three months' written notice to the other party to correspond with the end of a financial year.
Accountable Body. 3.6.1. By agreement of the SE LEP Board including all county and unitary authorities, Essex County Council is the Accountable Body for SE LEP and through its S151 Chief Finance Officer or their representative will support the SE LEP Accountability Board.
Accountable Body. 4.3. The Local Enterprise Partnership is responsible for the allocation of public sector funding identified by the Government from time to time as being within its remit. The allocation of this funding must be undertaken in accordance with statute and the principles of democratic and financial accountability.

Accountable Body. 7.1 The 4UAs agree to South Gloucestershire Council being the Accountable Body (AB) with the responsibilities set out in this Clause 7 and further agree to delegate all necessary powers to the AB to operate the Pool on behalf of the 4UAs.
