Account Password and Security. Customer shall protect its passwords and take full responsibility for Customer's own, as well as any third-party, use of the Customer Account(s). Customer is solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under such Customer Account(s), except for any activities performed by ClearGov as set forth herein. Customer agrees to notify ClearGov immediately upon learning of any unauthorized use of a Customer Account or any other breach of security. From time to time, ClearGov's support staff may log in to the Customer Account in order to maintain or improve service, including providing Customer assistance with technical or billing issues. Customer hereby acknowledges and consents to such access.
Account Password and Security. 7.1. When registering Your User Account, you will be asked to choose a username and password combination to be used in conjunction with Your User Account (“Your User Account Details”). You may not use a username that promotes a commercial venture or a username that We, in our sole discretion, deem offensive.

Should you suspect that any unauthorized party may be using your password or Account or you suspect any other breach of security, you agree to contact Runway immediately. The person signing up for the Account will be the contracting party (“Account Owner”) for the purposes of these Terms of Service and will be the person who is authorized to use any corresponding Account we provide to the Account Owner in connection with the Site; provided, however, that if you are signing up for the Site on behalf of your employer, your employer shall be the Account Owner. As the Account Owner, you are solely responsible for complying with these Terms of Service and only you are entitled to all benefits accruing thereto. Your Account is not transferable to any other person or account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or identification or any other breach or threatened breach of our security or the security of your Account.

Should you suspect that any unauthorized party may be using your password or Account or you suspect any other breach of security, you agree to contact Formally immediately. The person signing up for the Services will be the contracting party (“Account Owner”) for the purposes of these Terms of Service and will be the person who is authorized to use any corresponding Account we provide to the Account Owner in connection with the Services; provided, however, that if you are signing up for the Services on behalf of your employer or your organization, your employer or organization shall be the Account Owner. As the Account Owner, (i) you are solely responsible for complying with these Terms of Service and only you are entitled to all benefits accruing thereto, and (ii) to the extent you grant access to the Services under your Account to others, such as your employees, affiliates or service providers, Visa Applicants or attorneys (each, an “Authorized User”), then you are responsible for the compliance of such Authorized Users with this Agreement. Your Account is not transferable to any other person or account. If you are an Authorized User, you acknowledge and agree that the Account Owner may provision or deprovision your access to the Services and manage permissions and data retention and export policies. These controls may affect your access and use of the Services and the disclosure, modification or deletion of information you provide to the Services.

You are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account, except that Company may, in certain circumstances, access your account to make changes that you request, such as rescheduling a Service appointment. Company has no control over the use of any User’s account by the User or third parties and expressly disclaims any liability derived therefrom. Should you suspect that any unauthorized party may be using your password or account or you suspect any other breach of security, you must contact us immediately at xxxx@xxxxXXX.xxx. Nothing in this section shall affect Company’s rights to limit or terminate the use of the Company Platform, as provided below in Section 4(b).
Account Password and Security. If you obtain a Registration, as described above in Section 5, you will choose a password and account username during the Registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account username and are fully responsible for all activities that occur in association with your password or account username. You agree to (a) immediately notify GBI of any unauthorized use of your password or account username or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session so as to prevent any unauthorized use of your account by anyone who may use your computer after you. GBI will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 6. GBI will act as though any communication it received under your password and account username will have been made by you. GBI reserves the right to remove or rename any account username that contains offensive or potentially offensive language or meaning.
Account Password and Security. You agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which is available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xx/privacy. You further agree to any revised or amended Privacy Policy posted on our Site, which constitutes a Notice under this User Agreement. Subject to Our Privacy Policy, you are responsible for any and all activities that occur in or under your Account. You agree to: (a) immediately notify us of any attempted or actual unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security; (b) keep your username and log-in details confidential; and (c) ensure that you promptly logout of Your PopPay Account at the end of each session.
Account Password and Security. The BrightCloud Service requires authentication credentials or license keys (the “Credentials”). Partner is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Partner’s Credentials, and is fully responsible for all use of such Credentials, whether by Partner or other third parties. Partner agrees to immediately notify Webroot if Partner becomes aware of any unauthorized use of Partner’s Credentials or any other breach of security relating to Partner’s account. Partner hereby forever releases Webroot and its Affiliates from all liabilities, damages, losses, and costs incurred by Partner arising from or relating to the unauthorized disclosure of Credentials.
Account Password and Security. As part of the Site registration process, you will create a password and account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including, without limitation, all actions by sub-users registered under your account. You agree to (a) immediately notify EVENT CLINICS of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. EVENT CLINICS cannot and will not be liable for any loss, damage or other liability arising from your failure to comply with this Section or from any unauthorized access to or use of your account. In the event of any dispute between two or more parties as to account ownership, you agree that EVENT CLINICS shall be the sole arbiter of such dispute in its sole discretion and that EVENT CLINICS'S decision (which may include termination or suspension of any account subject to dispute) shall be final and binding on all parties.
Account Password and Security. You must register with HELPMYTASK and create an account to use the HELPMYTASK Platform (an “Account”). You are the sole authorized user of your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any log-in, password, and account number provided by you or given to you by HELPMYTASK for accessing the HELPMYTASK Platform. You are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account, even if not authorized by you. If you are accessing and using the HELPMYTASK Platform on someone else’s behalf, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person as the principal to all Terms provided herein. HELPMYTASK has no control over the use of any User’s account and expressly disclaims any liability derived therefrom. Should you suspect that any unauthorized party may be using your password or account or you suspect any other breach of security, you must contact HELPMYTASK Platform immediately.
