Account Password and Security. If you obtain a Registration, as described above in Section 5, you will choose a password and account username during the Registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account username and are fully responsible for all activities that occur in association with your password or account username. You agree to (a) immediately notify GBI of any unauthorized use of your password or account username or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session so as to prevent any unauthorized use of your account by anyone who may use your computer after you. GBI will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 6. GBI will act as though any communication it received under your password and account username will have been made by you. GBI reserves the right to remove or rename any account username that contains offensive or potentially offensive language or meaning.
Account Password and Security. Customer shall protect its passwords and take full responsibility for Customer's own, as well as any third-party, use of the Customer Account(s). Customer is solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under such Customer Account(s), except for any activities performed by ClearGov as set forth herein. Customer agrees to notify ClearGov immediately upon learning of any unauthorized use of a Customer Account or any other breach of security. From time to time, ClearGov's support staff may log in to the Customer Account in order to maintain or improve service, including providing Customer assistance with technical or billing issues. Customer hereby acknowledges and consents to such access.
Account Password and Security. To open your account you must complete the sign-up process and provide BlueTreeApps with current, complete, and accurate information as requested. You agree to notify BlueTreeApps promptly of any changes to this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate. To use the Services, you will be assigned a login consisting of a username and password unique to you and should not be communicated to any other person. You represent to BlueTreeApps that you will not communicate your login to any unauthorized person. You assume sole responsibility for all charges, damages, losses and other harm resulting from the use of your username and password by anyone other than yourself. You agree to notify BlueTreeApps immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, Services, or any other breach of security. BlueTreeApps will not be liable for any damages or losses that you may incur as a result of someone else using your username and password to access the Services with or without your knowledge.

You agree to (a) never to use the same Password for the Service that you use or have ever used outside of the Service; (b) keep your Username and Password confidential and not share them with anyone else; (c) immediately notify ThriveFantasy of any unauthorized use of your Username and Password or account or any other breach of security; and (d) use only your own Username and Password to access the Service’s Restricted Areas. ThriveFantasy cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section. You acknowledge and agree that ThriveFantasy is authorized to act on instructions received through the use of your Username and Password, and that ThriveFantasy may, but is not obligated to, deny access or block any transaction made through use of your Username and Password without prior notice if we believe your Username and Password are being used by someone other than you, or for any other reason. ThriveFantasy may require you to change your Username or may unilaterally change your Username.

In the event of any dispute between two or more parties as to account ownership, you agree that EVENT CLINICS shall be the sole arbiter of such dispute in its sole discretion and that EVENT CLINICS'S decision (which may include termination or suspension of any account subject to dispute) shall be final and binding on all parties.

Partner is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Partner’s Credentials, and is fully responsible for all use of such Credentials, whether by Partner or other third parties. Partner agrees to immediately notify Webroot if Partner becomes aware of any unauthorized use of Partner’s Credentials or any other breach of security relating to Partner’s account. Partner hereby forever releases Webroot and its Affiliates from all liabilities, damages, losses, and costs incurred by Partner arising from or relating to the unauthorized disclosure of Credentials.

CausePilot cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to properly safeguard your account or password. You have sole responsibility for adequate protection and backup of Content of any type that you upload to, download from or otherwise create or use with, the Service, and/or equipment you use in connection with the Service.
