Common use of Account Party Clause in Contracts

Account Party. The Borrower hereby authorizes and directs any Letter of Credit Issuer to name the Borrower as the “Account Party” in the Letters of Credit and to deliver to the Agent all instruments, documents and other writings and property received by the applicable Letter of Credit Issuer pursuant to the Letters of Credit, and to accept and rely upon the Agent’s instructions and agreements with respect to all matters arising in connection with the Letters of Credit or the applications therefor.

Account Party. The Borrower hereby authorizes and directs any Letter of Credit Issuer to name the Borrower as the “"Account Party” in the Letters of Credit " therein and to deliver to the Agent all instruments, documents and other writings and property received by the applicable Letter of Credit Issuer pursuant to the Letters Letter of Credit, and to accept and rely upon the Agent’s 's instructions and agreements with respect to all matters arising in connection with the Letters Letter of Credit or the applications application therefor.

The Borrowers hereby each authorize and direct any issuer of a Letter of Credit to name such Borrower hereby authorizes and directs as the "Account Party" in any Letter of Credit Issuer to name the requested by such Borrower as the “Account Party” in the Letters of Credit and to deliver to the Agent Lender all instruments, documents and other writings and property received by the applicable Letter of Credit Issuer issuer pursuant to the Letters a Letter of Credit, and to accept and rely upon the Agent’s Lender's instructions and agreements with respect to all matters arising in connection with the Letters a Letter of Credit or the applications application therefor.

Account Party.
