Common use of Account combination Clause in Contracts

Account combination. The Bank may at any time combine the balances of 2 or more of the Borrower’s accounts even if the accounts are at different branches or in joint names. The Bank will promptly inform the Borrower if the Bank combines the Borrower’s accounts. The Bank need not notify the Borrower in advance.
