Accommodation & Facilities. 1. The Parties will make and periodically review (at such intervals as they may from time to time determine) the nature and location of the physical resources (including space, furniture and equipment) as each shall provide to facilitate the undertaking of the Services in their respective administrative areas by the Cambs HIA team. 2. Accommodation & Facilities. 1.4.1 If the Staff work on the Client's premises or premises other than SIMERGI LIMITED’s, the Client shall ensure that such Staff are provided with suitable office accommodation. Such accommodation and services shall be readily accessible to any required computing facilities. The Client shall provide free of charge the items, facilities and services (if any) stated in this Agreement to be provided by the Client to the extent required by SIMERGI LIMITED.

Accommodation facilities can be developed step-by-step, in case of such step-by-step development, the area of guest room at the time of Initial Opening of IR Facilities shall be [100,000] m2 or larger and IR Operator shall increase the number of rooms to [3,000] rooms or more during Project Term. Timing and size, etc., of step-by-step development will be revisited, if necessary, considering trend of visitor’s demand, progress of expansion of facilities for exhibition and fairs and financial status of IR Operator as well as impact from COVID-19. (b) The IR Operator shall set the selections and quality of services (including but not limited to food and beverage at restaurant or elsewhere, and other guest services) as highly competitive on a global level. (c) The IR Operator shall create a unique accommodation environment with high brand value by devising an environment that allows visitors to feel the out-of-ordinary through the ocean front location and view, Japan’s seasons and atmosphere, or other distinctive features of Japan in addition to the high-quality service, and further promote enhancing the attractiveness of the IR as a whole and efforts in attracting visitors and extending the length of their stay.

Accommodation & Facilities. ‌ 5.10.1 If an employee working at a location remote from their home is required to stay overnight at premises owned or managed by the employer, the lodgings shall be warm and cleanly and sleeping amenities shall be comparable to hotel standards insofar as practicable. 5.10.2 Access shall be provided to adequate bathroom facilities with hot and cold water in a shower, hand basins and running water in toilets. 5.10.3 For work teams where canteens are operated there shall be facilities for refrigeration of foodstuffs. Facilities for washing clothes shall also be provided there. 5.10.4 If lodgings are in a hut in an uninhabited area, the accommodation facilities shall not be of a lower standard than is normal in Iceland Touring Association mountain huts. Employees shall be provided with all sleeping amenities. 5.10.5 At work teams where a canteen is operated away from home base, the employer shall provide the groups with radios. 5.10.6 During the period June - August, tents may be used for lodging where other accommodation facilities are difficult to provide. Tents shall be sturdy and well made, and shall contain bedsteads and heating equipment.
Accommodation & Facilities. CONTRACTOR shall provide cabin accommodations for 8 (double bed) + 4 (single bed) COMPANY personnel during Hookup and Commissioning and 5 + 6 during operations.
