Accidents. The company will insure all employees covered by this Agreement against the loss of ordinary wages arising from work absence up to a period of 12 months due to injuries or illness resulting from any accident incurred in journeys between the employee’s residence and the workplace, and return. The company’s liability extends only to the reimbursement of the employee’s ordinary 38 hours rate and all such absences shall be supported by certification of a duly authorised medical practitioner.
