Common use of Accident Clause in Contracts

Accident. Violence that occurs suddenly and involuntarily to the body of the insured person(s). This violence occurs beyond the control of the policyholder(s), the insured person(s) and beneficiary or beneficiaries and comes from outside. This violence can also be medically objectified directly and without the cooperation of other causes and results in serious physical injury to the insured person(s). Excessive alcohol consumption: Alcohol consumption as a result of which the alcohol content in the blood arrives at a minimum limit of 0.5. However, the said limit cannot exceed 0.2 during the first five years after the receipt of the driving licence.
