Accident Records. CONTRACTOR shall maintain records of any accident and incident (involving persons and/or property) occurring in connection with the provisions of services in this project. A copy of the accident report shall be placed in the individual vehicle file. CITY reserves the right to inspect a vehicle that had previously been involved in an accident before that vehicle is returned to CAE service. Additionally, CONTRACTOR shall: • Immediately notify CITY of any accident or incident; and • Provide records relating to any accident or incident to CITY.
