Common use of ACCIDENT PREVENTION Clause in Contracts

ACCIDENT PREVENTION. The Contractor shall exercise every precaution at all times to protect itself, the property of the Village and the property of others. The safety provision of all applicable laws and ordinances shall be strictly observed by the Contractor at all times.
