ACCESSIBLE FORMATS. Licensor shall conform to the ISO Standard (ISO/IEC 40500:2012) and any subsequent updates based on the World Wide Web Consortium Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and comply with applicable Canadian laws relating to accessibility to ensure that the Licensed Materials are accessible to all Authorized Users.

ACCESSIBLE FORMATS. With the express written permission of STP, alter or modify the format of the STP Products as necessary to provide an equivalent level of service to Users with appropriately documented disabilities, in compliance with the relevant federal, state, or provincial disability act in the geographical or political region in which the applicable User is employed or resides or is a member of an academic institution as defined in Clause 2.1 above.
ACCESSIBLE FORMATS. Licensor‘s Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates (VPAT), available at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxx/springernature/vpat, demonstrate that Licensor’s xxxxxx.xxx and SpringerLink platforms are substantially compliant with the World Wide Web Consortium Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, and that Licensor is actively working to ensure that the platforms are compliant with accessibility laws applicable to Licensor’s obligations under this License Agreement. Licensor is committed to making its platforms as accessible as possible to all Authorized Users with disabilities, including those with visual, hearing, cognitive and motor impairments.
ACCESSIBLE FORMATS. Licensor shall use reasonable endeavours to conform to the standards of the World Wide Web Consortium Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and comply with applicable Canadian laws relating to accessibility to ensure that the Licensed Materials are accessible to all Authorized Users. In the event the Licensor does not meet the standards set forth in by Licensee’s interpretation of WCAG 2.0 AA or applicable law, Licensor will work with Licensee and its staff to address any concerns. If the product does not comply, Licensor shall make reasonable endeavors to adapt the product in a timely manner and at no cost to Licensee in order to comply with applicable law.
ACCESSIBLE FORMATS. Licensor shall exercise reasonable efforts to conform (with exceptions) to the ISO Standard (ISO/IEC 40500:2012) based on the World Wide Web Consortium Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, including compliance with such Guidelines in relation to keyboard navigation, screen focus, UI labels and form labels. Licensor is unable to agree to full compliance with accessibility guidelines or standards, and Licensee hereby acknowledges and agrees that as of the date of this Agreement SAGE Journals content does not support alternative text and long descriptions for images, accessible table xxxx-up or closed captioning of video.
ACCESSIBLE FORMATS. Publisher shall comply with applicable Canadian laws relating to accessibility to ensure that the Licensed Materials are accessible to all Authorized Users. Exceptions are noted in the Publisher’s Voluntary Product Accessibility Template for the Licensed Materials that has been provided to the Consortium.
