Access to Work Sites. 15.7.1 Unit members classified as Security-Campus (T10) shall have reasonable access to all areas of the campus/work site over which they have responsibility.

Access to Work Sites. Bargaining unit members shall have access to their respective worksites during hours that school is not in session, and upon request, shall be provided a key/fob to allow such access to their building. Any use of school equipment shall be limited to activities directly associated with the bargaining unit member’s assigned teaching duties. Bargaining unit members working in their buildings after hours shall assume responsibility for securing these areas, turning off lights and/or equipment, and for locking the building upon leaving. Bargaining unit members are responsible for ensuring that keys and or other items are not lost, stolen loaned or duplicated. In case of loss of fobs or keys, the Board will replace the first loss and the bargaining unit member is responsible for any subsequent losses.
Access to Work Sites. Member is responsible for providing TTMS and its Affiliates with suitable and reasonable access to all work sites, including locations at which TTMS and its Affiliates may stage equipment, at no cost to TTMS or its Affiliates. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 10, Member will be responsible for all property damage resulting from insufficient roads and/or staging areas and the reasonable activities of TTMS and its Affiliates in gaining access or attempting to gain access to the work site(s). If TTMS or its Affiliate is engaged to provide emergency response services and Member has not secured access to the work site(s) or staging areas from which the work site may be reached by land or water, TTMS or its Affiliates may make arrangements that are reasonable under the circumstances with docks, landowners, marinas or other facilities to provide such access and these will be billed to Member on a cost plus 15% basis. It is expressly understood that under exigent circumstances, facility owners may demand premium compensation for permitting such access. TTMS and its Affiliates will observe and require its employees and TTMS and its Affiliates’ Subcontractors to observe relevant safety laws and regulations and applicable TTMS and its Affiliates safety policies and procedures. While on a Member’s facilities or vessels, TTMS and its Affiliates will comply and require its employees and TTMS and its Affiliates’ Subcontractors to comply with the Member’s specific instructions concerning safety policies and procedures provided to them by the Member.

Access to Work Sites. Authorized representatives of the Association shall have the right to transact official Association business on District property before and after work, during employee breaks and lunch periods and to use District facilities when they are otherwise not in use. Association representatives will inform the principal or supervisor when he/she is on campus. Association representatives shall not interrupt employees during working times.
Access to Work Sites. The Union Business Agent may access City work sites, following notice to the City Manager or his/her designee, in order to observe working conditions, post materials on bulletin boards, or meet with employees regarding matters within the scope of representation. Such access shall not disrupt the operations of the City. The presence of the Business Agent on a job site shall not be considered a disruption when the Business Agent has given advance notice of his/her intent to be present.
Access to Work Sites. A professional staff representative from the Association shall, in accordance with the conditions noted herein, have the right of reasonable access to District facilities for the purpose of contacting unit members, and transacting lawful Association business. Upon arriving at a work site, any such representative shall first report to the office of the site administrator to announce his or her presence and the intended purpose of the visit. In no event shall any representative or unit member interrupt or interfere in any way with normal work. Contacts with unit members shall be limited to unassigned times, breaks, and duty-free lunch periods.

The presence of the representative on a job site shall not be considered a disruption when the representative has given advance notice of his/her intent to be present.
Access to Work Sites. Subject to FAA, TSA, and AIRPORT Rules and Regulations, CONTRACTOR may enter and leave Work Sites at all reasonable times without charge. CONTRACTOR and CONTRACTOR’S designees, agents, employees and Subcontractors may use the common areas and roadways at the AIRPORT that are proximate to the Work Sites. The access permitted under this Section 4.08 does not extend to any restricted area of the AIRPORT, including, but not limited to, the AOA, which may only be accessed by persons with AIRPORT security badges that specifically authorize such access or by persons escorted by authorized CITY personnel. CONTRACTOR shall repair any damage caused by it or its employees, suppliers or Subcontractors as a result of their use of the common areas. CONTRACTOR assumes all liability for any unauthorized entry by CONTRACTOR’S designees, agents, employees or Subcontractors into restricted areas at the AIRPORT, and CONTRACTOR shall hold CITY harmless from any penalties or fines resulting from such unauthorized access.
Access to Work Sites. Incumbent will provide access to the Incumbent’s sites as reasonably requested by Contractor so that it may perform its duties in accordance with the SOW and other terms and conditions of this Agreement. Contractor acknowledges that security rules and regulations will be in effect for the sites, as developed and promulgated by Incumbent from time to time. Contractor agrees, for itself, its employees, subcontractors, Contractors, visitors, and invitees, to comply strictly with all rules and regulations of Incumbent in effect from time to time of which Contractor has been given prior written notice. Contractor also agrees to only utilize staff to perform duties set forth in this Agreement who meet the criminal background requirements of the Incumbent, provided the Contractor has been provided prior written notice of such criminal background requirements.
