ACCESS TO THE FILE. 1.59 The ASM, or their duly authorized representative, shall have the right to examine the contents of their file, except that confidential material solicited after January 1, 1989 shall be made available to the ASM upon request and with reasonable notice, and shall have the identifying letterhead and signature block removed. Confidential material solicited prior to January 1, 1989 shall be made available only after the identifying letterhead and any part of the material which may identify the author is removed. The ASM, or their duly authorized representative, shall be allowed to examine the ASM’s file during normal working hours in the presence of the Director of Human Resources, or their designated representative, or the Vice-President (Xxxxxxxx Campus), or their designated representative.

ACCESS TO THE FILE. A teacher has the right, within a reasonable time and upon request to the Treasurer, to review and obtain one (1) copy of the material in his/her file. If, under ORC Section 149.43, a person (other than the teacher, Board member, Superintendent, or other District administrator) seeks access to a teacher’s file, the teacher will be notified of the request, if practicable. An administrator (or designee) will be present when the file is reviewed.
