Access to Schools Clause Samples
Access to Schools. In order for the Association to properly administer its Agreement, Association officers will have access to all school buildings and all A & S personnel, provided that the exercise of this right will not interfere with the educational program.
Access to Schools. Association representatives may have access to all school buildings, and its representatives may meet with unit members – provided it does not interfere with the educational program of that school, as determined by the appropriate administrator. As a courtesy, Association representatives should provide prior notification to the principal or designee before visiting their school.
Access to Schools. Duly authorized representatives of SAAAAC, after showing the proper credentials to the principal or to the person in charge at other work locations, shall be permitted to meet with Unit IV employees at work sites, provided these visits are before or after required working hours or during the duty-free lunch period. SAAAAC shall provide the Board with the names of these authorized representatives prior to the effective date of this Agreement and shall advise the Board in writing of any changes in these names after that date.
Access to Schools. Association officers or employees will have access to all schools for the purpose of meeting with teachers during non-duty hours. With prior permission, duly authorized representatives of the Association and their respective affiliates may be permitted to transact official Association business on school property at all reasonable times, provided that this does not interfere with or interrupt school operations.
Access to Schools. The President of the Association and/or a designee and/or the Labor Relations Consultant of the Association shall have the right to visit schools. Either prior to or immediately upon arrival at any school, the President and/or the Labor Relations Consultant shall advise the Principal or, in his/her absence, the acting building administrator, of the desire to visit the school and secure permission of said administrator to make the visit. Such permission shall not be denied without cause. Such visits will not interfere with typical instructional day.
