Common use of Access to Records Clause in Contracts

Access to Records. The Subrecipient shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients or subcontractors to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records and accounts by the Grantee, HUD or its agent, or other authorized Federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations and provisions stated herein.

Access to Records. The Subrecipient shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients or subcontractors sub-Subrecipients to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records and accounts by the Grantee, HUD or its agent, or other authorized Federal federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations and provisions stated herein.

Access to Records. The Subrecipient understands that the City, the Comptroller General and the Secretary of HUD shall have access to all records related to this project.

The Subrecipient Subawardee shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients Subawardees or subcontractors to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records and accounts by the GranteeSubrecipient, HUD TDEM or its agent, or other authorized Federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations and provisions stated herein.

Access to Records. The Subrecipient shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients Contractors or subcontractors Sub-Contractors to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records and accounts by the GranteeCity, HUD or its agent, or other authorized Federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations and provisions stated herein.
