Common use of Access to Property Clause in Contracts

Access to Property. Borrower shall permit agents, representatives, consultants and employees of Lender to inspect any Individual Property or any part thereof at reasonable hours upon reasonable advance notice. Lender or its agents, representatives, consultants and employees as part of any inspection may take soil, air, water, building material and other samples from such Individual Property, subject to the rights of tenants under Leases.

Access to Property. Borrower shall permit agents, representatives, consultants and employees of Lender to inspect any Individual the Property or any part thereof at reasonable hours upon reasonable advance noticewritten notice (which may be given by email), provided that Lender shall use commercially reasonably efforts to conduct such inspection in a manner that will minimize any interference with the operation, use and occupancy of the Property. Lender or its agents, representatives, consultants and employees as part of any inspection may take soil, air, water, building material and other samples from such Individual the Property, subject to the rights of tenants Tenants under Leases.

Lender or its agents, representatives, consultants and employees as part of any inspection may take soil, air, water, building material and other samples from such Individual the Property, subject to the rights of tenants Tenants under Leases.
