Access to Premises by Union Representatives. The Employer agrees that local representatives and officers and Union staff representatives shall have reasonable access to the premises of the Employer, giving notice upon arrival to the appropriate Employer representative. Such visitations shall be for the reason of the administration of this Agreement. By mutual agreement with the Employer in emergency situations, Union staff representatives or Local Union representatives may call a meeting during work hours to prevent, resolve or clarify a problem.

In such instances, the Employer shall, upon appropriate prior notification and request by a designated Union official, make available meeting space to facilitate and allow consultation in private with said Union official.
Access to Premises by Union Representatives. Union representatives, not employees of the School, shall have reasonable access to facilities (excluding restricted areas) owned and/or operated by the School, provided that any such representative shall provide the Executive Director of Human Resources, or designee, with reasonable advance notice of any intended meeting or visit. If Union representatives shall require access outside of regular working hours, arrangements shall be made through the Office of Human Resources, which shall facilitate access to non-restricted areas through appropriate security personnel.
Access to Premises by Union Representatives. Non-employee Union representative(s) will be permitted access to the Village’s premises during bargaining unit employeeswork hours for the specific purpose of representing employees pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement. The Union representative(s) must provide advance notice to the Human Resources Director or designee; the Human Resources Director or designee shall designate the area where such business is to be conducted. The Union representative(s) shall take appropriate steps so as not to interfere with Village operations. The privileges granted by this Section shall at all times be subject to general Village rules applicable to non-employees.‌ With prior approval from the Human Resources Director or designee, and as long as it is not disruptive to Village operations, the Village agrees to make available to the Union conference and meeting room space to meet with bargaining unit employees during their non- working time.

Access to Premises by Union Representatives. The Employer agrees that a Union representative(s) may enter upon the premises of the Employer to attend meetings or hearings at Steps 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the grievance procedure set forth in Article 20 of this Agreement, and such other meetings as may be scheduled by the Employer. Other Union representative(s) and/or agents as the Employer may approve in advance will be granted access to such areas of the Employer's premises and for such purposes and at such times as the Village Administrator may approve in advance of such visits. Except as provided in this Section 6, non-employee representatives or agents of the Union may not enter upon the Employer's premises, except in areas generally open to the public.

Access to Premises by Union Representatives. The Union Rep shall be permitted reasonable access to the buildings and facilities of the Village to process and investigate grievances, to post Union notices on the Union bulletin board, and to conduct normal Union business, after notification to the Village, provided that the Union agrees that it will not interfere with the work of the employees.
