Access to Personnel Files. Teachers desiring to review their personnel files shall make prior arrangements with the Board office, and the Superintendent or his/her designee shall be present during the time teachers are conducting their reviews. Teachers requesting copies of documents from their personnel file may be charged a reasonable fee for the copies, not to exceed the fee established by the Board for providing copies of public documents.
