Common use of Access to Infrastructure Clause in Contracts

Access to Infrastructure. 6.2.1 The Authority shall procure and provide the necessary infrastructure for the utilities identified in Clauses 4.2.1(iv), (v) and (vi) up to the boundary limits of the Site, at its own cost as a Condition Precedent subject to the conditions mentioned therein. For the avoidance of doubt, the Concessionaire shall be responsible for the maintenance of the infrastructure for electricity, water, telephone lines and all other utilities at the Site.
