Access to Financial Information. Licensor acknowledges that existing League Rules on financial reporting under the League’s collective bargaining agreements and revenue sharing plans requires the Team, annually and from time to time, to provide the League and auditors for the League and its players’ association detailed financial information, including information that is in the possession of Licensor. Licensor agrees to provide the information requested by the League and/or the auditors for these purposes and to use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the staff and other support necessary to comply with these requests and the related process.
