Access to File. A. Individual Unit Members and/or their designee shall have access to their personnel file upon written request. Should a Unit Member's designee require access, he/she must provide written documentation of the Unit Member’s consent for them to have access. Requests of Unit Members to have access to their personnel files shall be handled by the Superintendent or Superintendent's designee.
