Access to Equipment. DISTRICT representatives shall at all times have access to inspect the CONTRACTOR’S buses and documents to be used for transportation of DISTRICT students. Inspection may include the visual examination of the equipment and examination of bus driver’s licenses/certificates. The DISTRICT reserves the right to reject a trip from departing from a school site or any other location when it is determined the bus and/or the licenses or certificates do not meet the minimum requirements under California law or DISTRICT standards.
Access to Equipment. In order to perform its obligations pursuant to the ESPA, Supplier shall provide ready access to all equipment and software covered by this agreement including on-line remote computer access. Exhibit B-1: Product-specific Coverage
Access to Equipment. You will allow us to enter your premises to install, maintain or replace Equipment and to make sure our Services are operating and being delivered properly to you and your neighbors. If you stop receiving Services from us, you may terminate these rights by giving us one year’s advance notice. You confirm that you are authorized to grant the rights described in this paragraph.
Access to Equipment. If SUBCONTRACTOR agrees in an individual Work Order to be responsible for the O&M of the Energy Related Equipment provided and installed by SUBCONTRACTOR, SUBCONTRACTOR shall seek from the Customer, permission for SUBCONTRACTOR C reasonably access said equipment to perform O&M responsibilities in accordance with the Master Agreement and Work Order. After termination of the Work Order O&M provisions. SUBCONTRACTOR shall not have any O&M responsibility for the Energy Related Equipment.
Access to Equipment. From the date of this Agreement until the Closing Date, Seller shall afford the officers, manager, attorneys, accountants and other authorized representatives of Buyer reasonable access upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours to inspect the Assets, so that the examining party may have an opportunity to make such inspection as it shall desire.
Access to Equipment. The Association may use District owned duplicating machines on a fair share cost basis in order to prepare documents used exclusively at the table in negotiating with the Governing Board representatives so long as the use is in accordance with college procedures and does not conflict with instructional support users.
Access to Equipment. Seller shall have full, free and safe access to the Equipment on each scheduled inspection or emergency service visit. Seller shall also have access to and use of any machine, service, attachments, features, or other operating supplies or accessories necessary to perform the necessary service contemplated herein at no charge to the Seller. Should the Seller be denied access to the Equipment by the Buyer at the agreed upon time, a charge equal to the waiting period times the prevailing Field Engineer hourly rate will be assessed by the Seller and accepted by the Buyer.
Access to Equipment. The Owner has at all times, free access to the Equipment and may examine and/or test it at the discretion of the Owner on reasonable notice.

Access to Equipment. MBM shall not be responsible for failure to render service due if: a) use of equipment in a manner not recommended by OEM; b) failure to provide a suitable installation environment, including but not limited to, adequate electrical power, air conditioning or humidity control; c) Customer's improper use, management, or supervision of covered equipment; d) accident and disaster, including but not limited to, fire, flood, water, wind, snow, or lightning; e) electrical work, devices, cables, etc. external to the equipment; f) the maintenance of accessories, alterations, attachments or other devices not covered by this agreement; g) excessive electrostatic discharge, improper grounding, improper power line protection; h) failure of customer to perform OEM recommended daily/weekly maintenance and cleaning or use of non OEM supplies; i) service providers and parts installers other than MBM; j) improperly trained and inexperienced operators; k) customer abuse including but not limited to broken panels, glass, cosmetic damage and other causes beyond its control. MBM shall not be responsible for service rendered during normal business hours when the Customer deems the equipment not available for service/repair, and may cause a service charge, not exceeding our normal hourly rate of $125. 5a. Modifications of Use: This agreement does not include alterations, attachments, or specification changes to the equipment, use of non-OEM supplies, and may require an increase in service charges. If any machine is regularly used by more than one shift of personnel, the per-period service charge will increase fifty (50%) percent per additional shift.
