Access to Documents/Materials. All documents and other materials upon which the City relies as the basis for action taken that gave rise to the grievance shall, upon request, be furnished to the O.L.C. The O.L.C. will, upon request, furnish to the City all documents and other materials upon which it relies as the basis for its position on the grievance.
