Common use of Access to Confidential Information Clause in Contracts

Access to Confidential Information. Each party acknowledges that the other party, its employees or agents, may be given access to Confidential Information relating to the other parties' business or the operation of this Agreement or any negotiations relating to this Agreement.

Access to Confidential Information. Each party acknowledges that in connection with the performance of the Services, it may receive, learn or have access to confidential, trade secret, or proprietary information owned or controlled by the other party, its employees party or agents, may be given access third parties to Confidential Information relating to whom the other parties' business or the operation party has an obligation of this Agreement or any negotiations relating to this Agreementconfidentiality (“Confidential Information”).

Access to Confidential Information. Each party acknowledges hereby grants to the other party access to its Confidential Information solely for the Purpose. Each party understands and agrees that it is being given access to the other party, its employees or agents, may be given access to 's Confidential Information relating to only for the other parties' business or Purpose and under the operation obligation of this Agreement or any negotiations relating to confidentiality set forth in this Agreement.

Each party acknowledges that will receive or be given access to certain Confidential Information of the other party, its employees or agents, may be given access to Confidential Information all relating to the other parties' or useful in a Disclosing Party’s business and all considered by a Disclosing Party as confidential or the operation of this Agreement or any negotiations relating to this Agreementproprietary information.
