Access to City Data. City shall at all times have access to and control of all data given to Contractor by City in the performance of this Agreement (“City Data” or “Data”), and shall be able to retrieve it in a readable format, in electronic form and/or print, at any time, at no additional cost.
Access to City Data. 4.4.1 The City shall, to the extent permitted by law, allow Architect/Engineer to access and make copies of documents in the possession or control of the City or available to it that are reasonably necessary for Architect/Engineer to perform under this Contract.

For any raw data created, assembled, used, maintained, collected, or stored by the Design Consultant for or on behalf of the City, Design Consultant shall provide the City either the raw data itself or the ability to extract the raw data in a format mutually agreed upon by both parties at no additional cost to the City.
