Access to Certificateholders’ Names and Addresses; Special Notices. (a) If any Certifying Certificateholder, any Serviced Companion Loan Holder or the Master Servicer (for purposes of this Section 5.07, an “Applicant”) applies or requests in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application or request states that the Applicant desires to communicate with the Certificateholders, the Certificate Registrar shall promptly furnish or cause to be furnished to such Applicant a list of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date as they appear in the Certificate Register, at the expense of the Applicant.
