Common use of Access to be Provided Clause in Contracts

Access to be Provided. BISYS shall grant reasonable access to each of the Trust, the AML Compliance Officer, and regulators having jurisdiction over the Trust, to the books and records maintained by BISYS as the same relates to the services performed hereunder on behalf of the Trust. Records may be edited or redacted to maintain confidentiality of materials related to other clients of BISYS. BISYS shall make its relevant personnel available to meet with the Board concerning the AML Services at least annually or at such other intervals as may be reasonably necessary or appropriate.

Access to be Provided. BISYS shall grant reasonable access to each of the Trust, the AML Compliance Officer, and regulators having jurisdiction over the Trust, to the books and records maintained by BISYS as the same relates to the services performed hereunder on behalf of the Trust. Records may be edited or redacted to maintain confidentiality of materials related to other clients of BISYS. BISYS shall make its relevant personnel available to meet with the Board concerning the AML Services at least annually or at such other intervals as may be reasonably necessary or appropriate.

Records may be edited or redacted to maintain confidentiality of materials related to other clients of BISYS. BISYS shall make its relevant personnel available to meet with the Board concerning the AML Services at least annually or at such other intervals as may be reasonably necessary or appropriate.

BISYS shall make its relevant personnel available to meet with the Board Trustees concerning the AML Services at least annually or at such other intervals as may be reasonably necessary or appropriate.

BISYS shall grant reasonable access to each of the Trust, the AML Compliance Officer, and regulators having jurisdiction over the Trust, to the books and records maintained by BISYS as the same relates to the services performed hereunder under this Agreement on behalf of the Trust. Records may be edited or redacted to maintain confidentiality of materials related to other clients of BISYS. BISYS shall make its relevant personnel available to meet with the Board or the Trust’s auditors concerning the AML Services at least annually or at such other intervals as may be reasonably necessary or appropriate.

BISYS shall grant reasonable access to each of the TrustCompany, the AML Compliance Officer, and regulators having jurisdiction over the TrustCompany, to the books and records maintained by BISYS as the same relates to the services performed hereunder on behalf of the TrustCompany. BISYS shall make its relevant personnel available to meet with the Board concerning the AML Services at least annually or at such other intervals as may be reasonably necessary or appropriate.

BISYS shall make its relevant personnel available to meet with the Board concerning the AML Services at least annually or at such other intervals as may be reasonably necessary or appropriate.
