Common use of Access Following Construction Clause in Contracts

Access Following Construction. After the occurrence of the Actual Completion Date the Authority shall grant to hubco and hubco Parties or procure that hubco and hubco Parties are granted access to the Facilities subject only to the Reserved Rights, the Title Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and solely for the purposes of:- carrying out xxxxx's Post Completion Commissioning during the period permitted therefor and subject to the terms of the Final Commissioning Programme; remedying of Defects pursuant to Clause 17 (Defects) during the Defects Liability Period and the period of [ ] months specified in Clause 17.2; and the carrying out of Snagging Matters during the period specified therefor in Clause 16.13.
