Common use of Access Cards Clause in Contracts

Access Cards. If the Building in which the Premises are located is equipped with an access card system, Landlord will furnish the initial access card to Tenant’s employees free-of-charge and Tenant shall pay for the cost of replacing any damaged, stolen or lost cards, and Tenant shall promptly furnish Landlord with the name of any employee to whom a card was issued and who, for any reason, ceases to be an employee of Tenant and also return to Landlord such ex-employee’s access card. At Landlord’s option, and with the concurrence of Tenant, frequent visitors to the Premises may also be issued access cards. Landlord shall maintain detailed written procedures covering access cards and such procedures shall be available for inspection by Tenant.
