Access Cards. Upon the execution of this Agreement, Member shall be provided an electronic key fob or key providing Member with access to the Premises. Launch may require a refundable deposit for such key fob/key which deposit will be refunded to Member upon the return of the key fob/key to Launch, upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement. Launch may also require a fee for a replacement key fob(s).
