Common use of Access and Use Clause in Contracts

Access and Use. 1. Each Party shall ensure that service suppliers of the other Party have access to and use of any public telecommunications network or service offered in its territory or across its borders in a timely fashion, on transparent, reasonable and non-discriminatory terms and conditions, including as set out in paragraphs 3 to 6.

Each Party shall ensure that any service suppliers supplier of the other Party have is accorded access to to, and use of any of, public telecommunications network or service offered in its territory or across its borders in a timely fashiontransport networks and services on terms and conditions which are reasonable, on transparent, reasonable and non-discriminatory terms and conditionsno less favourable than those which the supplier of those public telecommunications transport networks and services provides for its own like services under like circumstances. This obligation shall be applied, including as set out in inter alia, through paragraphs 3 2 to 6.

This obligation shall be applied, including as set out in inter alia, through paragraphs 3 2 to 65 of this Article.

This obligation shall be carried out, including as set out inter alia, in line with paragraphs 3 2 to 65 of this Article.
