As long as Client meets any applicable payment obligations and complies with this Agreement, True Angle hereby grants to the Client access and use of the Software Tool and a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Software Tool and any Documentation for the duration of this Agreement for the Client’s personal use on the Client’s personal mobile device. If Client discontinues paying ongoing subscription license fees, its use will be restricted to the “basic” version of the Software Tool. The Client does not have any right to access or license to the Software Tool or the Documentation other than that which is expressly provided to the Client in this Agreement. Except for the limited license granted hereunder, True Angle retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software Tool and the Documentation, including any and all intellectual property rights contained therein.
